To Day i shall be telling you about the secret of GSM Cell Phones.

First of all what does GSM means? Global System for Mobile Telecommunication.
In year 2000, GSM cell phone came into Nigeria and became popularly known in year 2002. GSM phones originated from analog cellular telephone system, which was developed in 20th century in Europe, United Kingdom, France and Germany.

The GSM research responsibility was transferred to the European Telecommunication Standards Institute {E.T.S} in 1989 which ultimately published the phase 1 of GSM specification in 1990. Commercial service started in 1991.

The GSM telecommunication system has grown with 36 GSM networks in 22 countries of the world. Now they are more than 200 GSM in more than 100 countries.
