How To Resolve It

For Nokia phone: scroll to the factory settings and press 1234 for old models and12345 for new models, or *#7470# to reset phone.

For Sony Ericsson: go to factory settings and press 0000 and send.

Format Samsung phones S and E series press *2767*688# including 5500 and E700 models.

For China phones: go to factory settings and press 1234 or 0000.
