Yes! MTN recently stopped their so called MAGIC NUMBER from browsing, they did not do that intentionally. The cause of the problem was that, NCC instructed MTN that all unregistered number should be disconnected, so MTN have to reset their system so that all unregistered numbers will be disconnected and won't have access to the internet and to receive calls except their number is registered. Step 1. Send RESET to 131 (This is to reset your sim to Normal Data state)
Step 2. Recharge your sim with N250 only (let it not be more than N250)
Step 3. Goto your message and type '2H' without Quotes and send to 131
Step 4. After that send 106 to 131
Step 5. Remove your sim from your phone and keep it for 8hours
Step 6. After exactly 8hours insert your sim and start surfing and download free
It is tested and comfirmed
